barriers, boundaries, and fluid simulations

i find that the hardest thing in life is to break down the barriers between people and to have the courage to honestly, openly communicate our feelings of positive respect and honor. it is usually easier to sit in silence than to open a channel and speak and communicate with one another. and when we do, doors are opened and smiles appear. it is so INTENSE though that sometimes i just need to bury my hands and feet into the good earth and breath deeply. as a new friend told me: breath, digest, move. good. goodness. from the goddes. amen.
